The Chakra system is a fascinating intricate system. Chakra is Sanskrit meaning “wheel” or “Energy Centre”. Classical thought has always been led to have believed that the human body is composed of seven main Chakras, principally, the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra, the Heart Chakra (Very Important), the Throat Chakra, Brow Chakra and finally the Crown Chakra.
Actually there are a good deal more than seven in the body, as there are many small ones placed all over the body as well as at least two placed in the Auric Field (3rd eye and Hara Chakras), not to mention all of the Chakras placed below the feet as well as above the head. More about those later. When an event over takes us from an emotional stand-point, it is essential to ensure that Chakra Damage does not occur. Sometimes bereavement, divorce, separation or generally traumatic events in life will cause emotional and therefore energetic damage to the system. It is an inevitable part of life’s rich tapestry…..
This is where the technique of Chakra Healing and Chakra Balancing is of great value, as it will restore balance to the system. The Chakra system is rather like that of an interactive crew aboard a sailing ship. If certain members of the crew are unable to perform their tasks with appropriate skill or are “under- par” the rest of the ships crew as well as its day to day workings will be compromised.
Chakra Balancing is rather similar to that of assisting those crew members in difficulty, in order that the sum of the whole may benefit.
