Energy Healing

Spiritual awakenings can come in many forms and are often miss- diagnosed for long periods of time without being put to rest.  The whole process and indeed intention of our higher-selves when going through such a process is to bring the awareness of hidden talent from our subconscious to our awareness and everyday reality.

Very often, the Heart Chakra is the first to be affected by such a process and then normally closely followed by the Throat Chakra.  Such awakenings can often manifest disturbance within the system

And can even cause physical problems, depending on the severity of the awakening.  Most of the time however, problems occur on an emotional front and the outcome of that can be very disturbing.

In order to put these issues to rest, it is very important that fist, the person concerned realises the reasons why such a process has occurred.  From there, it is then possible to release the inhibitions that will in almost all cases be present and indeed, brought to the persons attention.  This will require the skill of an experienced practioner or light worker.  A spiritual awakening is not something that can be dealt with in isolation of one’s own expertise or experience.

The differences between these two are really a lot larger than one might initially think. Energy Healing is largely to do with repair to the outer energetic system and also at a lower level, activation of certain energetic pathways.  Energy healing is also is also good at doing things like Chakra Healingand balancing.  Normally, it requires a practitioner to be present in order to facilitate the energetic flow to be received by the client/patient.

The big difference between Energy healing and Light Healing  is that a practioner does not actually transfer the energy needed, instead he (or she) merely acts as the messenger and facilitator for the client to receive what is required.  The matter is then left up to the Clients higher self and the guiding universal forces, who oversee the entire process.  There are several obvious advantages to this.  The first one being that Light energy works at a far deeper level than energy healing, it is far more regulated, so there is no risk of anything going wrong (unless there is a lesson to be learnt from it!) and can be done without the need to visit a practitioner in person, which has obvious advantages if a client is on the opposite side of the world.

Flower essences are so remarkably diverse. There are hundreds if not thousands of essences all over the world that are produced, all of which are harnessing different vibrations from their respective places. All of these different places and thus vibrations have much to offer the spiritual seeker, depending on where a person’s vibrations are and what their current issues may be.

Combination essences, such as Bailey essences are very potent and targeted in what they set out to achieve in terms of emotional balancing. Bach essences are also very useful for the same reason and work particularly well when used in combination with higher Vibrational essences.

The vibrations harnessed also depend on how the flowers were gathered, which method of energetic transfer was used and also even the personality of the essence producer! So a lot to consider, which is why the feeling of the same Bach essence will feel completely different from one maker versus another.

My personal favourite are Bailey essences, as I find they resonate very well when treading the evolutionary path.

The use of essences for increasing general wellbeing has been quite a widely know theory and practice. The Bach Flower essences are very famous for dealing with emotional trauma that one can easily experience in life.

It never ceases to astound me that the memory effect of water makes it viable for almost any kind of vessel for the storage of Vibrational energy. It was only recently, for example, that I discovered that one of the methods Dr. Bach used for harnessing the energy from flowers did not actually involve pulverising up actual flowers in to water. All that was required were enough flower heads and direct sunlight over a bowl of spring water. The vibrations from the flowers would then in effect be memorised by the water. These vibrations are then commonly preserved in brandy and most of the time diluted from a “Mother tincture” in to an essence bottle, of the sort that can be bought in a high street store.

Whilst flower essences can only deal with the outer auric system, deeper essences, such as my Chakra range or still deeper wheel of light essences etc can also utilise the memory effect of water and be made up in to essences from a “Mother tincture” in exactly the same way.

These healing vibrations are then able to be transmitted in to the auric system, when taken from an essence.

I have noticed increasingly, that when dealing with people who are not well and their Vibrational field is notably lower than mine, that relatively quickly, I become tired. It took me some time to realise this, but as an energy healer and light worker, it is something that all of us should be aware of, in so much as the energy vampire can quite unwittingly drain us.
Another scenario where this can also occur is dealing with people who don’t really have any intention of growing and changing and especially those caught up in “self sabotage” in this area.

In this case, it’s a reminder for us not to get swept up by people’s individual needy dramas, as they go through life, really avoiding issues and expecting others to hold their hand, all of the time.

We do attract what we sow and therefore reap. A constant mentality and outlook of general negativity really does not help in the long run, to attract the things in life we really want. This is all to do with giving off the right vibrations, as similar levels of vibrations will attract the same surrounding them, rather like a magnetic flux.

Often, if people have been in deep denial about certain issues too, they will find that they are normally attracting the wrong things in to their life. Spiritual Healing and growth do interrelate at many different levels. So does Energy Healing as well as Chakra Clearing and Balancing.

The mechanics and outcomes of these different ideas and techniques is generally the same, in that one needs to let go at an emotional and physical level, blockages of some sort. As one progresses up the Spiritual ladder, these blockages will become more subtle and need greater thought and care as to define what each of these may be, so that the best form of tools can be used in order to deal with a specific issue.

Much of what methods of spiritual healing might suit one person over another will be to do with their current level of growth and what their higher self really wants to be dealt with in order of priority. Once this has been diagnosed and treatment given, the client will always know, and indeed, feel a serious shift in emotional dynamics.

Spiritual growth can have a very wide definition in terms how people think about and refer to the word “Spiritual Growth” For some it can mean quite simply a wakeup call, where someone sees the light, after having been in deep denial or in the dark regarding certain aspects of their life, or it can be something much more tangible direct and specific and an esoteric and energetic level.

For me, Spiritual Growth has always meant the progression of the sole’s blue print and the relation to that progression from our daily lives and activities.

Appreciating all of the Earth’s natural energies can be really very overwhelming at one level and so miraculously beautiful at another level.  This process of switching on doesn’t need to be difficult and indeed is often very rewarding.  Adding another dimension to life and suddenly realising that there is so much more out there than meets the eye is one of the most exciting experiences to behold.

Chakra healing for the sole and energetic system is a very important part of feeling well, balanced and in the flow of life in general.

The vast majority of people may have heard of the word “Chakra”, but won’t necessarily know what it means and even less about how they interact with each other and what they do at an individual level.
There are in classical thought terms, 7 Chakras of the body. There are probably nearer 12 main ones and a lot of other small Chakras, dotted around the body. There are also a lot above the head and below the feet. In many people’s cases, these are starting to awaken. Sometimes, this process will cause disturbance, as the Auric field is extended and strengthening starts to occur.

As this occurs, the individual may suddenly be aware of all that is around them, with a renewed level of intuition that has not been a part of their everyday awareness, previously.

Chakra Healing is also very beneficial at other levels as well, and will typically derive great benefits where a storage of bad energy in any one chakras exists and is then released.

Most of the time, the Chakras of the body will deal with the everyday traumas that they experience, be it from a small argument to ongoing divorce.

The subconscious is a clever regulatory medium, in that certain specific styles of fear can be allocated around the body, in order to teach a particular aspect of the psyche how to deal with certain forms or inter personal relations.

A lot of people in particular are finding that with the ever increasing shifts occurring around the world that their general wellbeing is being upset. This is due to the fact that the grounding links can become very upset and thus the energy we are utilising is not being properly “Earthed” by the Earth Mother.

Grounding links are often the first thing to be upset by internal negative fear, as well as trauma to hit the body from external sources.

This is a situation that can relatively quickly be put back in to shape, by clearing the internal passages of where the higher self has placed obstacles for us to remove and learn from.

This is also a big part of my work, and I see it more and more every day, that the lower Chakras are increasingly being upset and almost left behind.

Energy Healing is increasingly being left behind with what is currently on offer to us. Light Energy is increasingly becoming the new form of spiritual progression, Healing and Growth.

It is amazing that practioners who work with light energy don’t need to have the hands on approach to healing people and can typically do what they need to do over the telephone, in order to attune to the clients energetic system, pick up where the blockages reside and also what may lie internally with in the Heart Chakra system, limiting the overall spiritual wellbeing of the individual.

Nine times out of ten, once an internal fear that has been presented to the energetic system to be dissolved or at least to be made aware of, the symptoms experienced will disappear of their own accord and also the clearance of other parts of the system will then ensue.
